Class Structure 1 hour - 1.5 hours

Introduction - relaxation / breath awareness.

Vinyasa - a sequence of limbering stretches used to maintain a flow of movement.

Detailed, easy to follow step by step instruction is given, working towards a set of Asanas or postures, reducing the risk of injury.

Asanas / postures - each class works towards a sequence of postures used to promote strength, health and vitality within.

Conclusion - Yoga Nidra relaxation / meditation.
